Spanish Revival apartment building just steps to Los Feliz Village, Griffith park, Sunset / Vermont Metro Station one mile south provides superior accessibility to the Greater Los Angeles Area.

Our space features tall ceilings, tons of sunlight, and lots of closet space. With 1.5 bath and a Livingroom pull out couch its perfect for a family of 4 or a couple of friends who would like to stay in one of Los Angeles centrally located, quaint, and unique neighborhoods.

There's a shared laundry room (coin operated) and common area BBQ patio.

There's tons of street parking in the area but please be aware of street cleaning signs. The building does not have an elevator and this unit is located on the second floor. Please keep this in mind when booking. Although we provide, We encourage you to bring additional towels and bed linens to make the space feel more like home.
